In addition to being the 'Queen of Veg!' Low Farm’s Jayne Singleton is a qualified chef and has worked in many top hotels and restaurants in London - The Hilton and Conrad’s Blue Bird to name but a few.

Jayne particularly encourages Lee to grow more exotic vegetables, alongside all of the more traditional favourites.

But don’t worry, if you don’t like or want the more exotic vegetables, a list is created for each customer of any vegetables or salad that they would prefer not to have in their box.
